  • ACE’s “Why Not” campaign contest

    Jun
    24

    Why not?

    Two words filled with possibilities
    Where nothing is impossible
Where no is not said readily
Where ideas can be explored further

In celebration of Action Community for Entrepreneurship (ACE)’s 5th anniversary, a campaign has been launched showcasing some of the new ideas, new ways that would seem not viable or unattainable just a mere 5 years back. These include the Over-the-Counter Capital, Online Business Licensing Service, F1 race and upcoming agri-tainment development in Lim Chu Kang.

Visit www.ace.sg for more information and to sign up now!

Gear up for an awesome experience heading your way. We’re bringing you the inaugural eBay and PayPal developer event in Singapore. It’s an open, stimulating and interactive session aimed at providing insight into a world of possibilities for budding technopreneurs.

What’s on the agenda? For starters, there will be a display of eBay and PayPal widgets so attendees can get a feel of what’s coming up.

Next – live and direct from the Chicago eBay Developer’s Conference – you’ll get to hear what Ryan Miller (President and Founder of MerchantRun) has to say about emerging markets for developer applications.

There will also be two simultaneous sessions that focus on the technical and business aspects of application development so attendees can discuss areas most relevant to them.

On the technical track, participants will have a chance to find out about developing applications with eBay APIs well as what’s achievable with PayPal.
On the business track, meet members of the community who will share their experiences and provide insight into opportunities for developing seller tools.

And of course eBay will be announcing the developer competition, a chance for you to showcase your talent, skill and creativity. Finally to close the night, eBay will be holding an auction – with a twist! ;)

    Date: 25th June 2008
    Time: 6.30pm onwards
    Venue: Timbre @ The Substation
