Unfortunately Groove Office does all that for about the same price.
Google does all that for free.

From what I have seen from the website, they have a decent set of applications that will serve just fine. It would be awesome if they implement a word processor which allows collaborative editing. Docs can be shared but that’s it, serves more like a depository.
Let’s not forget that some companies do have staff working at different places at different countries so the collaborative editing allows greater office mobility.
Nevertheless, it does seems like a good product that will serve it’s intended audience.
